First he’ll fix up your home, and then he’ll sell it.
Licensed contractor and realtor Alden Fairbanks offers a range of services to those who want to move their property at maximum profit—even in these challenging economic times.
“My crew does what’s essential—even what’s crucial in today’s market—to give a house curb appeal,” Fairbanks explains.
Fairbanks is proud of his small crew of craftsmen and their demonstrated success in transforming homes into something that inspire pride in both seller and buyer. Under his hands-on direction, the team handles everything from painting and simple repairs, to major plumbing, electrical and foundation work, and all the way to additions, remodels and extreme makeovers.
He named his firm, Market Ready Properties, to reflect the essence of what he does: get a home ready for the market, whether the owner wants to sell now or at a future date. “We’ll do what it takes—in a cost-effective manner—to increase a home’s appeal and value.”
“I could never be one of those realtors who only works the phone and the internet,” adds Fairbanks, who admits he greatly prefers building to blogging. “I like getting to know a home from front to back, making it the best it can be, then seeing the smiles on the faces of both buyer and seller.”
“To me, it’s all about being fair to everyone.”
Being fair is something Fairbanks knows well. An experienced umpire, he is known as a standout “Blue” in the world of youth, high school and college baseball for his work behind the plate. In both lines of work, Fairbanks makes quality calls from start to finish, knows the rules, and understands that coming home triumphantly is the name of the game.
