These days with school out, UCSB seems like a bit of a ghost town compared to its usual high energy state. But even in the down time, when I was the only one in the parking garage other than campus vehicles, there is a surprising amount of activity. As I wandered the lonely campus looking for good angles I could hear different groups of people in various places cheering and enjoying themselves.
